The Testing Center of the National Radio Monitoring Center (hereinafter referred to as "SRTC") is an independent institutional legal entity subordinate to the National Radio Monitoring Center and the National Radio spectrum Management Center, the only national quality inspection institution in China's radio industry, and the "National Radio Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center" authorized by the CNCA. On December 24, 2014, SRTC was jointly authorized by the China Satellite Navigation and Positioning Application Management Center and the National Certification and Accreditation Administration to establish the Beidou Satellite Navigation Application Quality Testing Center for information and communication products., According to relevant regulations and standards, the authorized testing agency can independently carry out quality testing of radio transmission equipment related to Beidou satellite navigation, and has a third-party impartial position.
